Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates and implements patient care specific to the age of the patient population in the Emergency Department The RN assures that quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner Demonstrates performance consistent with the mission, philosophy and goals of the organization Remains flexible to changing systems Demonstrate quality and effectiveness in work habits and clinical practice; and treats staff, physicians, patients and families with consideration and respect Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State BLS upon hire ACLS within 1 year of hire PALS within 2 years of hire NALS/NRP preferred TNCC preferred CEN certification desired 1 year medical/surgical nursing experience required Location:
